i made major improvements haha first, i signed up for jap lessons with my sec frens (or shld i say, they helped me sign up) n i just started looking for jobs:) so yux, i am slightly better than u haha soon i wld be taking driving lessons n i am not looking forward to it...i think i wld get lost in SINGAPORE. its qt an achievement haha cos not many pple can get lost here u noe :) n i went jogging with cheryl on tues! yes i JOGGED :) but all my efforts went down the drain when i ate prata...gosh i think quek was pretty amazed/shocked at the amt i ate haha...which was seriously not that much haha...oh the cab driver took us to the wrong place!! instead of prata house(thomson) we ended up at prata PLACE(sembawang?) n i did not even realise it...talk abt driving man...with this kind of direction sense??? i think i wld fail like nobody's business la...haha not that i actually care...i juz hope i can pass within 3 tries haha oh my gosh, sat is new years eve!! so fast!!!! time really waits for no man huh.. |

went to krys's pub on fri with shar, clarence n keith...it was qt nice..cosy...suitable for sleeping which i think shar almost did haha wad's new?? christmas was BORING ok...super boring...gosh i miss the times when my relatives n i exchange presents...apparently we no longer do that as the adults think we are big enough...how sad...:( everywhere is having sale but i dun seem to find anything i like...i only managed to buy this skirt from guess but well nvm...i shld save money. n i am still not flipping the newspapers to look for jobs!!!!! gosh n i actually planned to start working during december...*roll my eyes* talk abt procrastinating man.....i had so many things planned out like 1) learn driving 2) learn jap n maybe french 3) look for a job or work for dad(last resort though) 4) give tuition n make sure they excel :) so far...haha i haven even signed up for driving though i just passed my IC to my mum to register for me, haven taken up any lessons....haven looked for a job....called the tuition agency but no reply...good job chermaine chin...u are so gonna earn money at the rate u are going...this is really pretty sad :( i shall start looking for jobs tmr...or maybe calling other tuition agencies..the rest can wait...for the time being :) i still wanna slack |

juz came back from thailand yesterday...generally it was a fun experience although the matches played were not wad we expected..apparently there was some miscommunication or something. oh thai pple are so warm!! they are so friendly n cheerful n they can just brighten up ur day with simple gestures such as waving enthusiastically at you :) one school even had their students to station themselves all the way up to the hall(meaning even standing along the stairs) carrying small flags to welcome us. they seriously treated us like VIPs haha..it was realy a nice feeling :) i think the most memorable experience was the visit to popang(or something like that) it is the red light district in bangkok. my gosh it was really an eye opener. it was kinda scary when the male prostitutes approach u n those pple juz show u those flyers of shows they have in their bars. it was a good thing that the soccer guys were with us so it wasnt too dangerous. we went into this bar where the gals were all wearing bikinis n were pole dancing.at first it was a little shocking but i felt that it wasnt as sleazy as what i thought it was(i think the one we went to clarke quay was worse!) n of cos i was totally disgusted by those guys there...eeeewwww totally downright outrageous n low class.no moral values. yucks. but i felt qt sad for the gals especially those young ones. the shopping in bangkok is really really cheap. this is the first time i bought a top for lyk 4-8 dollars. n is a cute top n 100% cotton. not those lousy thin material that can tear anytime type. but i din shop much la cos i din exactly like buying imitations so i underspent like nobody's business. n also cos my mum din wan me to bring back food n poor quality clothes home so i din spend much. then she said "i told u not to bring back so much cos i din wan u to buy things that we dun want but i din expect u to underspend" apparently she wanted me to finish spending all the baht which i think a few of my friends did or almost did. they spend lyk 2 or 3 times more than me! so now i kinda regret not buying those cute tops there :( the worst part is that we din even get to eat THAI FOOD!! so weird la...go thailand n eat sea food??? n its almost like chinese or local style la!!! goodness...was supposed to spend the money on food but there was like haiz...nvm yup so that sums up my thai trip. the pics wld be posted on http://chermaine.shutterfly.com/action soon along with the last day of school pics n prom pics. it was a great time spent with my friends :) |

juz read shar's blog.yup that guy(the blog posted on shar's website) is damn silly..no wonder the gal dumped him i always feel that guys shld learn how to na2 de2 qi3 fang4 de2 xia4. cos that shows that they are strong n independent. probably going for dessert later..oh man talk abt slimming down haha anyway i am heading for thai on mon...i hope i dun have to run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( |

Lessons learnt after prom 1) do not expect good food although u paid $90 n its a 6-star hotel 2)do not walk without having a bar to go in mind cos u may end up in a sleazy n lousy bar 3)nv walk into a bar alone 4)nv order strawberry n mango magarita (although the alcohol sounds sweet..it is not!!!!) 5)when u are feeling hungry, u can order macdonalds at any time of the day!! but eat it IMMEDIATELY. it is definitely not wise eating it only after one or two hours--> it becomes disgusting but anyway prom was fun with the company i had..shall post some pics here..i almost lost all my pics!! nearly had an heart attack..the rest wld be up soon       |
